Well, Linus has a security blanket, so that people understand that. Bicycles, apple pie, cars, money, wallets, clothes, ice cream, McDonalds – all these things mean more than they are. Look at any American or American store images and you will see the same things photographed and framed again and again – dinner of turkey, chickens, cows, skyscrapers. They all mean country or city, prosperity or tradition, etc.
