Does Secret Victoria eyeshadow stay?
I went to VS today and saw a nice palette called "Exclusive." I really wanted to buy it but not because when I wiped my hand after mixing the different colors in the hand, Eye Shadow colors completely disappeared – leaving only flashes. THE SHADOW AND out by rubbing with my own hands … No Use lotion or Makeup Remover. Does VS shadow stay overnight? What happens if I use a shadow base eye shadow before applying the VS? Hmm, I bought an eye shadow I just think it meet and Eww … That sucks. Beautiful color in the case, but it is so difficult to get any color to go in his eyes. Is not pigment at all! Bummer, cuz its perfect nude color.
