What is causing this feeling in my left knee inside?
To my left inner knee (a bit like the top), I have a strange feeling that has been there – off an on – for about a week. It is not terribly painful, almost like a persistent tug. I can move the knee normal and can walk. I run almost daily, and ran in the morning without any pain the last two important – just the usual persistent pain. Not sure what to do with this, and I wonder if anyone has had a similar situation.
you should prolly stretch and ice if it swells, sometimes it can be simply inflammation overload for some reason burst in winter
